Budget: Budgets can vary, so we offer flexibility in spreading prospecting costs based on your needs. Before we start, we discuss all details and expectations, including costs, the duration of the collaboration and any specific wishes. We strive for long-term partnerships with flexible options, such as our 'Flex 20' formula, where you can set a defined budget for a certain number of calling days. This provides flexibility and consistency in your collaboration with Handshakers.
Intake: In our introductory meeting we already explore some important aspects, but this is followed by an in-depth intake. We ask questions to arm ourselves with the right ammunition to challenge your customers, make them curious and initiate valuable conversations.
Script: Based on these insights, we develop a tailor-made script that serves as a guideline. The script contains relevant triggers to attract the attention of your potential customers. This leads to interesting conversations. We will discuss the script with you and answer any questions to ensure that all parties are on the same page.
Targets: Once the script is tailored to your needs, we proceed to determining the targets. Depending on your situation, you can use your own database or we can work together to determine the right sales market.
Frequency: You have the flexibility to determine the betting frequency. We recommend using smart planning to avoid any bottlenecks. Together with you we determine the optimal frequency, for example one calling day per week.
Start and ARA Moments: Once everything is coordinated and ready, we start the implementation. Throughout the entire process we hold ARA moments, Analysis, Reporting and Advice, to ensure that everyone is always pointing in the same direction. We closely monitor progress, analyze the results and provide advice where necessary.
